Lumière Meridian Pvt Ltd provides luxury construction, bespoke interior design, and premium real estate services across India. All services are subject to a formal written agreement between Lumière Meridian and the client before any work commences.
All construction, interior design, and real estate transactions are governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties. The contract will specify:
Standard payment structure for projects:
All design concepts, drawings, renders, and creative work produced by Lumière Meridian remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, design rights for your specific project transfer to you as the client.
Lumière Meridian's liability is limited to the value of the specific service contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, etc.) may affect project timelines and will be communicated transparently.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mohali, Punjab.
